Majorca is a liquor licensed facility. By law it is prohibited to bring your own beverages to a liquor licensed facility

We strive to maintain a top cleanliness standard – please help us in doing so and treat the vessel as if it were your own.

For safety and liability reasons, we do not allow pets of any kind aboard the vessel.

Smoking is permitted – we ask that you please refrain from smoking in enclosed areas aboard the vessel. 

We ask that you listen intently to the safety briefing your USCG credentialed Captain will provide at the beginning of your journey.

Majorca has 3,500 sq feet of pure entertainment space, with two levels of club-quality sound and a DJ booth. You can dance the night away under the dazzling dotless LED lights and the huge surrounding LED wall that create a spectacular party atmosphere.

Majorca is designed to be hip and trendy, with frequent updates to keep up with the latest styles. You will love the details and features that make this yacht so special. Extra hour rate: $1,600 for each extra hour plus applicable fees

Food & beverage option:

All open bar packages come with welcome champagne, serving starts at 15 minutes prior to departure, ending at 15 minutes prior to docking. There is a 10% management fee and 15% setup fee on top of the open bar package price. The 15% setup fee is to cover bar setup, one time expenses for the bar, such as ice, chasers, and limes, the bartender’s base salary etc, and does not include gratuities. Due to inventory and availability, the brands and varieties listed in the menu are subject to change to similar level products without further notice. Please call us if you’d like to request the bar menu. The job of stewards/stewardesses is to pass around food and beverages during the event, You may choose a steward option at check out if you bring your own food and need our staff to serve.

By law it is prohibited to bring your own beverages to a liquor licensed facility

You may choose your favorite catering service in the event our catering menu does not meet your needs, it is not mandatory to order catering with us, however a $300 cleaning fee will be charged for outside catering. No cleaning charge will be assessed towards finger food, fast food, dessert, or cake brought into the yacht. Cooking is not allowed on the yacht, please bring cooked food

To book the yacht, contact us to pay the base price in full. Optional service, food & drinks add-ons can be paid 10 days prior to your event.

An installment option is available 2 or more months in advance of your event. A 50% deposit is required to book, with the remaining balance due 10 days before your event. Please note that the 50% deposit is not refundable if you decide to cancel in the future. Please call us to proceed and have your payment processed.

Party Yacht Ibiza Rules:

1. Decorations – No Glass or Sharp Objects

For safety reasons, please do not bring any glass items (e.g., glass bottles, jars, or cups) or any sharp objects for decoration. These pose a serious risk of injury and can cause damage to the yacht.

2. No Flammable or Explosive Items

Strictly no fireworks, flammable liquids, fire-blowing props, or explosive materials are allowed onboard under any circumstances. No guns or any kind of weapons.

3. Accessibility Notice (Wheelchairs & Special Needs)

Please be advised that our yachts do not have wheelchair access or ADA-compliant restrooms or features. Due to the structural limitations of the vessel, we cannot safely accommodate guests with significant mobility challenges.

By boarding, all guests agree to assume full responsibility and release the yacht operator from any liability related to accessibility or mobility limitations.

4. Alcohol Policy

Due to our licensing requirements, no outside alcohol is permitted onboard. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through our licensed bar service.

5. Pet Policy

For safety and hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed onboard, with the exception of certified service animals.

6. Equipment & Decorations Must Be Secure

If you plan to bring any equipment or decorations, they must be safe, non-hazardous, and firmly secured to the floor or stable surfaces. Please remember that the yacht may sway or move during the cruise, and any loose or unstable items may become hazardous.

By boarding the vessel, you and your guests agree to comply with all safety rules above and accept full responsibility for any violations or resulting damages.

Q: What is the dock fee, what’s that for? What is the platform service fee, what’s that for?

A: The dock fee is the passing payment to the dock management in Long beach, who is providing the commercial dock to load and unload guests. Parking space for up to 50 cars is included. The platform service fee is charged by management, to provide website booking and customer service, boat and crew management, as well acting as an escrow to ensure both sides are protected

Q: What is the parking situation? Can I leave my car there overnight? Is the parking lot bus accessible?

A: Parking is onsite, free of charge – just do not park in spaces marked with limited hours. Overnight parking is permitted. The charter bus is accessible.

Q: Can I play videos or slideshows on the TV ?

A: Yes, you can stream videos or photos from iPhone or iPad

Q: Can I play music from my phone or iPad through bluetooth ?

A: Yes, or you may use the iPad at the DJ booth to stream music.

Q: What happens if it’s raining? Will the event be canceled?

A: Usually not, the yacht is equipped to cruise the harbor even while it’s raining. The lower level is 100% waterproof so you will stay dry and comfy.

Q: What if the weather is too cold or too hot? Does the boat come with AC and heat?

A: The main level comes with AC and heat and is comfy in any weather conditions. The upper level is a partially open environment.

Q: I’m sensitive with motion sickness. Will I get seasick while the yacht is cruising?

A: It’s unlikely, as the yacht is on a harbor cruise, which is always inside the breakwater. Therefore, it’s fairly steady – most of the time you won’t feel any movement, with the exception of possibly a few seconds while there is another boat passing closeby.

Q: What is your cancelation policy? Can I book it then cancel it anytime without penalty?

A: Unfortunately not.Please be 100% sure before you make the reservation. If you decide to cancel, the minimal penalty is 50% of the entire charter price. However, we do allow one rescheduling for free with 7 days or more advance notice.

Q: Any dress code ?

A: No, it is totally up to you.

Q: How is the food being served in case I order the food from your menu?

A: The food will be setup at the designated buffet area next to the bar, self service, unless you hire extra stewards/stewardesses to serve the food.

Q:Is cooking allowed onboard?

A:No, there is no working kitchen available – cooking is not allowed.

Q: Can I do mix and match on the open bar? What if some of my guests are not alcohol drinkers or are underage?

A: No, all guests except underage guests must have the same open bar packages, in terms of the open bar situation. We recommend cash bar service in the case many of your guests do not drink alcohol.

Q: I’d like to pay for all my guests’ drinks on cash bar, is that ok ? I’d like to pre purchase certain amount of drinks from cash bar, how should I do it ?

A: Yes, you may open a tab with bartender so that all guest orders will bill to you. Yes, you may buy drink tickets from the bar then distribute to your guests

Q: What is the payment form at the bar? Do you accept credit cards?

A: We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, CashApp etc. And yes, we take credit cards as well.

Q: Are tips included? What is the 15% service fee for in terms of food and open bar orders ?

A: No. gratuities are not included in open bar or cash bar prices . The 15% service fee is to cover food and bar setup, event supplies and staff base salaries.
